Conservative commentator Charlie Kirk has slammed Prince Harry following the royal's tell-all Oprah interview, questioning his masculinity and accusing his wife Meghan Markle of 'making it up.'

The founder of the conservative student group Turning Point USA took aim at the couple in a recent episode of his podcast, The Charlie Kirk Show. In a unique critique of the Sunday broadcast, Kirk drew particular attention to 36-year-old British Army veteran, Prince Harry.

'We know Prince Harry is a metrosexual beta male and really is lacking in almost all testosterone,' the outspoken podcaster began as he aired a list of grievances he had with the pair before concluding that Meghan Markle is a 'tradition-destroying leftist.'

Kirk also referred to Meghan's claim that while she was pregnant with the couple's first child, there were 'concerns and conversations' inside the royal family 'about how dark his skin might be when he's born,' calling the credibility of the allegation into question.

'I don't think anyone said it,' he said. 'I think she's making it up like Jussie Smollett. I think someone said something completely different in a different category and she's using it now to go make people feel sorry for her.'

Kirk appeared to be making a reference to actor Jussie Smollett who was found guilty by a grand jury of lying to law enforcement officers about being the victim of a hate crime in February 2019.

'Are we really now going to blame racism for the alleged oppressed life of Meghan Markle? Is that going to be the consensus point?' Kirk said.

A two-minute clip of Kirk's remarks has since garnered more than one million views after it was shared by media researcher Jason Campbell over Twitter on Monday afternoon.

Kirk's name was also shared over Twitter almost 2,000 times in the hour before this story was published, with the 27-year-old himself retweeting the clip, asking 'Where's the lie?'

'Prince Harry was an Apache helicopter pilot who served two tours in Afghanistan,' The Daily Beast contributing editor Justin Baragona tweeted in response. 'Charlie Kirk once cried about being violently attacked and threatened by antifa when a protester poured water on his head at breakfast.'

Writer Charlotte Clymer added: 'Prince Harry spent 10 years on Active Duty in the British Army, deployed to Afghanistan twice, qualified as an Apache aircraft commander, literally had a price put on his head by the Taliban, and yet... Charlie Kirk and his ilk basically traffic in fragile male insecurity.'

Serena Williams, Amanda Gorman And More React To Meghan Markle's Bombshell Oprah Interview

While many criticised Kirk over his comments, supporters heaped praise on the remarks, responding 'Charlie Kirk nailed it!' and 'You buried him [Prince Harry] alive.'

Kirk is certainly not the first public personality to question the authenticity of Meghan's comments.

Megyn Kelly accused Meghan of playing 'the victim,' as did British conservative broadcaster and former CNN host Piers Morgan who described her appearance as nothing more than a 'whine-athon' and 'self-serving nonsense.'

One of the bombshell comments to come from Oprah's two-hour interview with the couple was Meghan's claim that while she was pregnant with her son, members of the royal family expressed 'concerns' about how dark the color of the baby's skin would be.

'We have in tandem the conversation of, 'You won't be given security, not gonna be given a title' and also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he's born,' Meghan told Oprah.

The queen and Prince Philip have since been cleared of making the remark, with Winfrey clarifying in an interview on CBSThis Morning on Monday that neither had raised the racist 'concerns,' according to a conversation she had with Meghan and Harry.

Newsweek has contacted Charlie Kirk for comment.
